LocalAI is operated by UDI. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with a LocalAI Pro subscription or a one-time search credit pack, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@localguideai.life and we will help arrange it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Renewal charges are also covered by the 30-day window above.
Search credits
Refunds cover the amount you paid. Where a refund is issued, any unused search credits from that purchase are removed from your balance.
